AMOH, a Luxury Collections Resort in Rhodes is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Escort guests to their accommodation and provide all essential information regarding the room, hotel facilities, and available services.
- Handle guest inquiries via email, telephone, and in person, providing prompt, professional, and personalized assistance.
- Maintain and manage guest reservations, update records accurately, and process payments in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Perform general administrative duties and ensure guest information is maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with special guest requests, including transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, excursions, and other personalized services.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the hotel's service standards and contribute to creating memorable experiences for all guests.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
