As a Public Areas Maid, you will maintain cleanliness in all lobbies and public spaces. This role is crucial for creating a positive guest experience, requiring a friendly and honest approach while addressing guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional service while maintaining cleanliness in public areas, including restaurants and banquet halls
• Empty trash, polish furniture, and ensure the hotel entrance is tidy
• Complete daily tasks from the Housekeeper and adhere to Lost and Found procedures
• Maintain a cleaning schedule for all assigned areas

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel; high school diploma required
• Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and ability to work independently under pressure
• Must remain calm and courteous at all times, with proficiency in English
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
