AMOH a Luxury Collections in Rhodes is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and guest satisfaction are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests in accordance with hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Process payments, maintain cash handling procedures, and ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Services, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain guest records and ensure all information is updated accurately within the property management system.
- Promote hotel services and contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front Office, Reception, or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel property management systems (knowledge of PMS software will be considered an advantage).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong asset.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
