Company Academy Design, Development and Implementation. Based on proven methodologies, our team of experts assists clients to:

• Design or optimize the L&D Needs Identification and Analysis process, the Instructional Design, the Implementation, the Development of Training Material and the Evaluation Processes

Training, Coaching and Certification of Corporate Internal Trainers. Acknowledging the valuable contribution experienced staff members may have in their organisations’ L&D
activities, we provide, as open or in-house/customised, the well-structured and specialised programs, “Train the Internal Trainers” and “Train the e-Learning / Blended Learning Trainers”. Individual Coaching and Certification (NCFE, UK) are offered as an optional service.

Implementation of e-learning Solutions and Development of e-learning material. Human Asset is a Totara Solution Partner for Greece and Cyprus. Totara is an Awarded Learning Management System with more than 8,5 million users internationally, which can support the Administration and Learning needs (Blended) of your Company Academy or Training Department. E-learning solutions and services include advisory, support, customisation, SCORM material development and hosting.

Recruitment & Selection Services. Operated by our offices in Cyprus, Human Asset has built a wealth of experience working with clients, locally and overseas, sourcing experienced professionals across a wide range of industry sectors. Our specialist recruitment team has developed an in-depth knowledge of our markets and has a broad understanding of the modern challenges faced by organizations in each sector.
