Assistant Restaurant General Manager

What it takes?

• At least 4-5 years of experience in a managerial position in a restaurant, preferably at a similar concept.
• Ensuring the restaurant smooth operation.
• Understanding P&L and driving sales growth.
• Ensuring high quality standards on service and product.
• Passionate for personal advancement and team enhancement.
• Fluent knowledge of Greek and English language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
• A degree or a diploma in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
