Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the PR activities of a portfolio of clients, making sure to provide the best service and build strong relationships
  • Identify exact needs and be able to translate complex customer requirements into an accurate production brief 
  • Go above and beyond the brief and present complete experimental concept
  • Plan, organize & manage events & publicity
  • Handle budgets and manage campaign costs
  • Produce media reports after events;
  • Monitor PR event progress and client feedbacks.

 

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in PR events organizing is essential
  • Strong knowledge of PR and events engagement in Cyprus
  • Excellent command of English and Greek
  • Able to produce proposals and presentations as relevant, and write internal communications
  • Flexible and able to take a pro-active approach
  • Problem-solving skills and creative thinking in fluid or less structured environments
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to multi‐task
  • PR and Media degree advantageous
