Our client is in the industry of web and mobile software designed smart payment solutions, also with a 20+ years combined experience in Gaming, FX & Binary Options, Online Payments and Marketing. Due to a continuous growth the company is now recruiting a successful individual to fill in the role of a Financial Business Analyst for their office in Limassol, CY.

Key objectives of the role and responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility to support Management in processes, including KPI development, task requests as CRM and payment solution integrations;
  • Initiating to introduce new payment solutions to our clients, follow up, analyze and reconciliate the outcome;
  • Providing tools for a standardized way of working within Business Control;
  • Participating in the processes of optimization of internal business processes;
  • Developing and updating applicable internal procedures;
  • Identifying potential risks in the process and propose solutions/improvements/streamlining;
  • IT experience;

Required experience and main characteristics of our preferred candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration and 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge and skills in Finance, CRM and Business Analytics;
  • Very strong command of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office mainly Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills as well as proactivity and perspicacity;
  • Analytical, planning and organizational skills;
  • Highly organized and detail oriented;
  • Strong work ethic;
