The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities and requirements:

Requirements:

• Fluency in English both in written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in forex company
• Retention experience for over a year
• Able to work afternoon, evenings and/or willing to rotate shifts
• Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
• The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines
• Computer literate, good knowledge in Microsoft office applications
• Team Player
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Providing services to existing clients
• Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults
• Provide training to clients on the use of the Company’s products
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication
