Duties:

Organization of work of the dispatcher department of a transport company, engaged in passenger transportation in Cyprus

• recruitment and training of staff
• control over the work of employees
• monitoring the timely and correct entry of information in the company's CRM
• analysis of claims from customers that are compatible with the customer and the transport department of the company
• providing information on company rates upon request

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Russian and English languages (knowledge of Greek is not necessary, but it is welcomed) Word, Excel
• To have a work permit and residence permit
