Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a Legal Services organisation, is seeking to employ an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator in Limassol;
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the corporate affairs.
- Organizing and setting up procedures for the manner in which all correspondence of the department should be handled.
- Assisting in Client Bank Account Opening.
- Ensuring that all the necessary changes needed to be made in the Registrar of Companies are made on time and all Certificates are updated and kept in file.
- KYC & due diligence procedures.
Qualifications:
- University Degree or Legal studies.
- 6+ years previous experience within trust, corporate service environment is essential.
- Native in English.
- Greek language will be considered an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Experience in Trust Law will be consider an advantage.
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- Pleasant personality.
- A team player with a hands on approach.
- Organised, Reliable and Professional.
