Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a Legal Services organisation, is seeking to employ an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator in Limassol;

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling the corporate affairs.
  • Organizing and setting up procedures for the manner in which all correspondence of the department should be handled.
  • Assisting in Client Bank Account Opening.
  • Ensuring that all the necessary changes needed to be made in the Registrar of Companies are made on time and all Certificates are updated and kept in file.
  • KYC & due diligence procedures.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or Legal studies.
  • 6+ years previous experience within trust, corporate service environment is essential.
  • Native in English.
  • Greek language will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience in Trust Law will be consider an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • A team player with a hands on approach.
  • Organised, Reliable and Professional.
