To further strengthen our investment and development strategies, we are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our team.

Reports to: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Job Location: Nicosia/ Limassol, Cyprus

The successful Candidate will manage relationships with high-value and institutional investors, particularly by providing project updates, managing investor queries, coordinating across legal, finance, and investment teams to ensure smooth communication and transparency. Strong commercial and financial acumen, combined with familiarity of the Cyprus and CIS investor networks will be key.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth and institutional investors.
• Coordinate and prepare investor reports, presentations, and updates throughout the project development cycle.
• Ability to articulate investment structures, expected returns and KPIs and project milestones in a clear and professional manner.
• Facilitate communication between investors and internal departments (legal, finance, investment).
• Support due diligence processes and ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.
• Assist with investor onboarding, including documentation, compliance checks, and data collection.
• Track and monitor investor agreements, funds received, and performance metrics.
• Represent the company in investor meetings, both remotely and on-site if needed.

Requirements for the Role:

• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
• Background in finance, economics, investment, or real estate.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or real estate investment management.
• Prior experience working with real estate funds, property developers, or private equity firms.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and investment KPIs (ROI, IRR, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive financial data.
