Job Brief
R Digital, a digital agency based in Nicosia, Cyprus is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join the team.

 

Job Duties
The Sales Executive will manage the full sales-cycle for new business development, including prospecting, finding, presenting, negotiating and closing deals for development, digital marketing and display advertising services.
Applicants must be able to build long-term client relationships, and, ultimately, they should be able to contribute to the company’s business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by building and maintaining a strong long-term client based relationship.
  • Contact potential clients to offer development, digital marketing and display advertising services.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Perform and follow through with each step of the sales cycle.
  • Research target companies, markets & industries and identify points of contact.
  • Evaluate and accommodate to a company’s needs and match with R Digital’s solutions.
  • Generate unique ideas to expedite and grow the expected conversion targets.
  • Present development, digital marketing and display advertising services to potential clients in office and off-site.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and address requests effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Build strong, and maintain frequent contact with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Sales and Business Development in a related role at a digital agency or another field.
  • Proven business relationships and applicable experience in hunting and closing large business accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starting and take initiative to acquire leads and contacts.
  • Able to close deals, meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Capable of multitasking and working in a ​fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to overcome objections and work under pressure, meeting deadlines and sales goals
  • Aggressively self-driven individual
