Our client, an international Payment Technology company that offers payment services and support to large Banking institutions seek to hire a Technical Business Analyst in Nicosia

The role:

The Technical Business Analyst performs client-facing consulting associated with the implementation of the company’s products as well as internal consulting on product development based on the Payment Industry trends globally. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting, documenting, and confirming business requirements and functional specifications.
• Works in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Defines, develop and delivers test plans and associated test case scenarios.
• Establishes effective relationships internal and external customers; builds and maintains effective business partner relationships.
• Responsible for deliverables related to System Development Life Cycle phases for package and custom solutions.
• Attends, participates, and occasionally leads project status meetings; tracks project status.
• Investigates and documents project issues and detailed requirements
• Frequently interacts with IT staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and other contractors 

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in business requirements analysis, gathering, documentation, and validation for software projects
• Experience in the Banking and/or Finance industry
• Bankcard industry knowledge, Card Management, and Authorization System Functionalities
• Educated to degree level in Computer Science, MIS or Business-related field
• Analysis to fulfill business requirements
• Constantly be aware of the requirements and their impact on a system in all stages
• Professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs
• Effective at verbal and oral communication between technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skillsExcellent
• English communication skills
• Understanding of data structures
• Ability to read system code (SQL)
