CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly reputable CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Payment Administrator to join their expanding team of professionals.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 
  • Processing of payments issued to the company by suppliers and third party vendors.
  • Following up on bounced back transfers.
  • Maintaining bank accounts and corporate cards.
  • Maintaining internal records.
  • Communicating with various teams across the organization.
  • Issuing cash reports and reconcile financial statements.
  • Work with the CFO and the accounting team to review, revise and automate all working practices as required, aiming to continuously improve procedures. 
Key Skills/Experience: 
  • University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Previous experience in payments processing would be considered an advantage.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with finance systems (eg. SAP), would be considered an advantage.
