• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy or related field
• A holistic understanding of organizational finance structures
• A confident grasp of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting, coupled with Excel proficiency and field experience
• Curious, passionate, systematic, ambitious, result- and detail-oriented
• Analytical mindset; ability to structure information and dive deeper when it is needed

Responsibilities

Architect of Finance Reporting Processes:

• Develop and refine reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Oversee the formation and management of a team dedicated to executing these processes seamlessly
• Establish a communication framework with external accountants/auditors and consultants for effective collaboration

Global Reporting Oversight:

• Take charge of the preparation and monitoring of consolidated reports/budgets

Strategic Insight Provider:

• Offer valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the organization's expense planning strategy
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our financial planning approach

Collaborative Contributor:

• Engage in substantive discussions with the project team, sharing findings and contributing to the development of efficient financial solutions

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
• Preferred qualifications include holding certifications such as ACCA/CFA or equivalent
• Fluency in Russian
