CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an Online Company specializing in the Sports Betting industry, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their expanding Call Centre based in Nicosia. The successful applicant should possess a minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a similar Customer Support role and be able and willing to work on rotational shift patterns, although no night shifts apply. The shift patterns are from 07:00 to 15:00 and/or from 15:00 to 23:00, with double pay offered for working on Public Holidays. Our client offers a competitive basic salary, plus a 13th salary. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek & English is a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls.
  • Ensure clients receive a high level of support and service. 
  • Consulting clients by email and live chat.
  • Client document verification, including KYC. 

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Fluency in written & spoken English and Greek is essential; knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a significant advantage. 
  • 6+ months of previous experience within a Customer Support role is a must. 
  • Able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with computers and software applications.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team. 
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Punctual, hardworking and reliable.
  • Willingness and ability to work on rotational shift patterns, although no night shifts apply.
