bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management for the digital transformation of a construction organization (matrix project structure).
  • Managing up to 3-5 projects, coordinating resources, and reporting on projects (project charter, project presentation, reporting diagrams, timelines, budget, resources).
  • Coordinating meetings and keeping protocols

General Requirements:

  • Experience in project management for digital transformation.
  • Experience in project implementation and successful examples of project sustainability.
  • Experience in managing up to 4-6 projects, coordinating resources, and reporting on the project (project passport, project presentation, reporting diagrams, deadlines, budget, resources).
  • Experience in coordinating meetings and keeping protocols.
  • Ability to make requests and solve problems related to engaging internal resources and subcontracting organizations.
  • Ability to coordinate parallel work

Technical Requirements:

  • Understanding of SAAS for Construction & Development (such as PROCORE/Fieldwire, MS Dynamics and SAP or similar) is required.
  • Understanding of information technologies necessary for formulating requirements and collecting results from experts in the fields of development, integration, administration, and support.
  • Experience in products of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics will be an advantage

Interpersonal Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to solve problems and think critically to resolve conflicting situations.
  • Ability to work effectively under stress and manage competing tasks.
  • Additional proficiency in Greek and Russian languages would be an advantage.

Organizational Requirements:

  • Ability to organize and manage a large volume of user requests and problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and protocols for problem-solving and issue escalation.
  • Readiness to participate in ongoing learning and professional development to stay abreast of new technologies and software applications.
