PERHA Group (Register Number 388239), on behalf of our client a Business Consulting and Services company in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome clients, associates, and guests at the reception area with warmth and professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Uphold the aesthetic standards of the office space.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including food ordering and restaurant bookings.
  • Assist with business trips by managing travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office budget and liaise with facility management vendors.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient office filing system.
  • Coordinate the food regime for the team, ensuring their well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Charismatic, enthusiastic, and fashion-forward with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Exemplary verbal communication skills and a high standard of etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Telegram chatting and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Russian/Ukrainian and English (Greek is a plus).
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field as a plus.
