Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Create financial transactions including posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices.
• Initiate purchase orders, monitor approval status and provide the supplier with a copy of the signed purchase order
• Record A/P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase order
• Prepare payments suggestion form, initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly
• Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and intercompany accounts
• Prepare statutory forms and reports
• Prepare periodic reports according to corporate guidelines and terms

Qualifications

Components for success. You have...

• 3-5 years’ accountant experience. (SAP software in preference)
• BSc degree or similar in Accounting or related discipline
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Professional discipline and strong work ethic
• Efficient communication within the team and with internal customers
• Strong time management and attention to details skills.
