Founded in 1978, the company imports and distributes selected DIY and home improvement products for professionals and individuals who love craftsmanship, quality, smart solutions and favorable prices.

The position

A Sales Advisor is responsible for the department’s sales promotion and effective customer service. Some of the main duties include:

• Sales promotion of the department
• Cross-sell promotion of products of the department
• Promotion of products on sale
• Efficient customer service
• Preparation and management of customer order forms and/or offers for their correct and timely completion.
• Correct placement of product prices
• Arranging shelves according to respective instructions

Required skills and experience

• Technical School or High School Graduate
• Good knowledge of Greek and English.
• The following are desirable (not necessary):
  • Degree or diploma relevant to the duties.
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of the Russian language
• Customer service
