The Island Private School of Limassol in Cyprus opened in September 2022, and is now looking for competent, experienced Finance Analyst.

Position Overview:

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the financial analysis and strategic planning of our mixed-use development projects. Being a part of the Finance team, you will work closely with our development and sales & marketing teams and will participate in assessment of investment opportunities, conduction of feasibility studies and provision of valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial models, evaluate feasibility and profitability of real estate development projects;
• Conduct market research and financial due diligence to assess project risks and opportunities
• Prepare investment memos, financial reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and sales teams to optimize project products and budgets, financing structures, and investment returns
• Monitor project performance and track key financial metrics throughout the development and sales lifecycle
• Assist in negotiating financing agreements, joint venture partnerships, and other investment arrangements
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in real estate finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in finance analyst role in real estate industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, construction costs, and project financing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
