CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a specialist Research & Development company with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Real-Time Embedded Engineer (RF Circuits) to join their growing team based in Nicosia. This role requires deep expertise in RF circuit design and embedded systems, with a strong background working with Analog Devices RFICs. Our client is seeking applicants who are proficient in coding for RF circuits, setting registers, and understanding the interplay between digital and RF signal processing. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, and will possess approximately 5+ years’ experience in real-time embedded systems and RF circuit design. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop embedded software for RF circuits using Analog Devices RFIC.
• Implement and optimize RF parameters including frequency, sampling rate, LNA, AGC, and EVM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into broader hardware and software architectures.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of RF designs to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF issues in real-time embedded systems.
• Document development processes and results for technical reports and user manuals.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Approximately 5 years’ experience in real-time embedded systems and RF circuit design.
• Proficient in programming for embedded systems, particularly with experience in Analog Devices RFICs.
• Strong understanding of RF concepts including LNA, AGC, EVM, and signal integrity.
• Experience with digital and RF signal processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
