Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and control the rules & procedures performing in field of the maintenance and repair of the feeble current related systems & equipment installed in the residential complexes.
• Control and inspect the works performed in the properties by the mobile team and external companies and take part in the works commissioning. Require to make elimination of faults and follow up till the works are completed correctly.
• Prepare the cost estimation & assumption for the works required and provide it to the management for review and approval.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth all required works execution.
• Communicate with the clients (any residents living in residential complexes under the serve by the facility management company) about related questions and issues.
• Responsible for CCTV systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, intercom, public announcement syst., TV, internet network, wireless network, BMS (building management systems), security alarm systems, car-number recognition systems, barrier, door & gate automatic systems, systems related to smart-home & smart-house.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
• Previous working experience as an Electronic engineer/Technician/Feeble-Current Systems Specialist or any other similar role
• In-depth knowledge of feeble current systems operations including fire alarms, security systems, access control systems, and communication systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to feeble-current systems
• Driving License and willingness to travel to project sites as required
• Strong computer skills - MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project
• Languages: English and Greek
