Network Relationship Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Network Relationship Manager is available at one of Larnaca's top

expanding Property Development Company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 150 Associates and Partners with technical property information from our Projects

• Provide our associates with Sales & Marketing material of all Residential Projects

• Conduct site tours and make presentations to our associates for all projects

• Provide customers of our associates and partners with sales and marketing material and project inspections

• To profile all customer requirements and identify suitable projects to present.

• Handle negotiations with buyers within the guidelines set by the Company.

• Answer any question relating to the construction work, financing, maintenance and repairs, property management, as well as the details involving and comprising the project.

• Responsible for agreed Inspection Viewings and follow with all Associates and Partners and private customers.

• To diligently follow the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans, and Inspection/presentation and viewings

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partner and Associates relationships.

• Data input and updating business Partner relationship information onto our CRM.

• Stay informed and updated about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

Our Requirements:

• A min of 3 years experience in high end sales is essential

• Fluency in Greek and English is essential
