We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Talent Acquisition Executive join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Constantly be in the loop with team managers update status and information about the entire hiring process.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Source an appropriate pipeline, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates, through a blend of recruitment methods, including social media, headhunting, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
• Assess candidate information, including CV's and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Submission of suitable candidates’ CVs and interview notes to hiring managers within a defined timeframe
• Coordinate the interviews by ensuring room bookings and schedule invites are arranged and clearly communicated to all relevant parties.
• Manage respective candidate pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition/Coordination
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and target orientated individual.
