CHR.MARNEROS & CO. LTD, a private company on the leading edge of interior contracts, providing specialised and custom-made services, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Track and monitor accounts receivable/payable
Issue and prepare invoices
Updating financial records via accounting software
Assist other departments such as HR and Technical with reviewing of expenses
Preparing weekly/monthly budget under the purview of senior management
Update financial data in a timely manner
Prepare accounting files for audit
Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
As needed, assist with other accounting projects and support accounts team
Requirements:
University Degree or relevant qualification/experience in Finance, Business or related field.
3 Years of relevant experience
Team player with a proactive attitude and a strong aptitude for learning.
Organisation skills
Time Management skills
Multitasking skills
Can - do attitude
Attention to detail
Fluent in Greek and English
