On behalf of our client, a group of real estate investment management companies owned by American and Hungarian shareholders, we are looking for a Country manager, who would be responsible for expanding the international portfolio in Cyprus

Key Responsibilities:

• Research market to identify and evaluate different investment opportunities
• Coordinate and manage acquisition activities including marketing plans, financial analysis, transaction negotiations and presentations
• Following the acquisitions manage the whole group's portfolio in Cyprus/Greece
• Build and manage relationships with local stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver strategic plans
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing trends
• Represent Group in Cyprus/Greece
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
   

Candidate Profile:

• University or college degree
• Fluent Greek and English
• Min. 5-10 years relevant management experience
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding the field of real estate
• Excellent stake holder management skills
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Highly motivated individual, eager to take personal ownership for the solutions of complex issues
• Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and process management skills
