Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, in the online gaming or trading industry is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of the online gaming industry and platform technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with platform partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional products or services to partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and optimize partner performance.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates on new features, promotions, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless partner integration and satisfaction.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to partners based on data analysis and industry knowledge.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners, ensuring a positive and professional resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues affecting partners.
