Main responsibilities:
- Communication with customers via online chats, e-mails
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ requirements
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
- Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal German/ Polish/ Hungarian/ Italian/ Czech/ Slovakian/ Slovenian/ French/ Polish/ Arabic/ Danish/ Finish/ Swedish/ Norwegian and English skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
