Customer Support Agent

Main responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers via online chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ requirements
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal German/ Polish/ Hungarian/ Italian/ Czech/ Slovakian/ Slovenian/ French/ Polish/ Arabic/ Danish/ Finish/ Swedish/ Norwegian and English skills
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
