Job Description:

The University of Limassol invites applications for the role of Admissions & Student Recruitment Counselor. This dual role encompasses the responsibilities of attracting, engaging, and enrolling prospective students while also managing the admissions process. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, driven individual with strong capabilities in marketing, communication, and interpersonal relations, able to efficiently connect with potential students, their families, and educational partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and admissions strategies to meet enrollment targets.

• Represent the University at educational fairs, schools, and other significant events.

• Organize and deliver compelling presentations and workshops for prospective students and their families.

• Handle inquiries from potential students through various channels, ensuring detailed and prompt information delivery about the University's programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.

• Build and sustain relationships with school counselors, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders.

• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and effectively utilize social media and other digital platforms to boost recruitment and admissions efforts.

• Analyze data pertaining to recruitment and admissions, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on trends.

• Remain updated with the latest trends in higher education recruitment and admissions to refine and enhance strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in student recruitment and admissions, preferably within higher education.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Willingness to travel across Cyprus as needed.

• Proficiency in Greek and English; strong digital literacy, including CRM systems.
