A.N. Ioannou Construction Ltd, a leading construction company, operating in Limassol and Paphos is seeking to employ a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Lead and supervise the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management and customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (ETEK registered)
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, methods, and materials.
  • Knowledge and interpretation of the applicable contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, AutoCad, MS Office.
