Our client, one of the biggest and well-known bakeries in Cyprus, is looking to hire a Shop manager in Limassol and Ayia Napa.

Candidate profile:

• Knowledge of corporate procedures related to product receptions, coffee preparation, product processing (before and after final form) for control and training of personnel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build strong customer relationships

• Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Previous sales experience is preferred

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating the smooth operation of each shift independently as well as in the entire store.

• Effective distribution of duties of personnel in all departments for the smooth operation of the store.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the stores, in collaboration with the relevant department (Maintenance, Operations, IT).

• Collaboration with productions, sales manager, and HR manager to optimize processes and performance.

• Acts as a mediator in case of conflicts, whether involving personnel or customers.

• Acts as a role model according to the company's values and ensures a high level of customer service.

• Conducts regular checks to ensure that the store is operational and presentable.

• Ensures the application and compliance of employees with legal framework and company policies.

• Assigns tasks to the store's personnel and supervises their performance.

• Provides assistance to personnel in solving work-related problems.

• Creates, organizes, and presents staff schedules based on daily needs, store, period, and circumstances and covers shifts in case of sudden employee absence.

• Constantly seeks, suggests, and implements best practices and new markets to increase sales at minimal cost.
