On behalf of our client, a leading and well-established security company in Cyprus, is seeking to hire a highly qualified Chief Technical Officer in Larnaca.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and networking systems

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues in a timely manner

• Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and maintenance

• Monitor IT systems and security to ensure optimal performance and data protection

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards for information security management and privacy management

• Acting as the designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the organization, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR

• Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks related to information security and privacy

• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate security and privacy risks
