The Client:

Our Client, a family-owned company specializes in all aspects of property management, is actively looking to recruit an Office Administrator in Larnaca.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing schedules and calendars: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure timely reminders and updates.

  • Communication management: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and respond or redirect inquiries as necessary.

  • Administrative support: Assist with paperwork, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

  • Meeting coordination: Organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating follow-up actions.

  • Document preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.

  • Research tasks: Conduct research on various topics, compile information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

  • Office management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

  • Data management: Organize and maintain files, and records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Project support: Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and providing administrative support to project teams.

Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Greek languages, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational acumen and time-management abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaborative software (e.g. MS teams) and adeptness with various social media platforms.

  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, coupled with a positive attitude and a thirst for continuous learning.

  • Enjoys and thrives in teamwork.

  • Has a positive approach and thirst for learning.

  • Prior experience in executive support or administrative roles preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.

  • Legal, management and marketing degrees and experience in property management considered advantageous.

  • Residing in Larnaca or willingness to relocate to the area.

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
