The Client:
Our Client, a family-owned company specializes in all aspects of property management, is actively looking to recruit an Office Administrator in Larnaca.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing schedules and calendars: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure timely reminders and updates.
Communication management: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and respond or redirect inquiries as necessary.
Administrative support: Assist with paperwork, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Meeting coordination: Organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating follow-up actions.
Document preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
Research tasks: Conduct research on various topics, compile information, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Office management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Data management: Organize and maintain files, and records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Project support: Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and providing administrative support to project teams.
Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Greek languages, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational acumen and time-management abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaborative software (e.g. MS teams) and adeptness with various social media platforms.
Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, coupled with a positive attitude and a thirst for continuous learning.
Enjoys and thrives in teamwork.
Has a positive approach and thirst for learning.
Prior experience in executive support or administrative roles preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
Legal, management and marketing degrees and experience in property management considered advantageous.
Residing in Larnaca or willingness to relocate to the area.
Location:
The position is for the Client's offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
