Umami Sushi and Pan Asian is currently seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our team in Larnaca.

As our Brand Manager you will be reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our restaurants’ brand identity and digital presence. You will be responsible for implementing 360° marketing campaigns (including digital) that resonate with our target audience and showcase our restaurant's unique offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and implementation of annual Marketing Business Plan and constant alignment with Umami operations team.
  • Coordination and execution of marketing activities based on overall strategy and local marketing.
  • Coordination and execution of campaigns to promote our restaurant's brand and culinary offerings.
  • Supervision and coordination of external collaborators and agencies.
  • Manage all digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising through constant communication with our strategic collaborators.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content and visuals to showcase our restaurant's menu, ambiance, and events.
  • Manage events to promote the brand.
  • Monitor online reviews and engage with customers to maintain positive brand sentiment and address any concerns.
  • Analyse campaign metrics (including digital performance metrics) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, google analytics and websites.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Remuneration
