Name of Position: Brand Manager

Napa Suites Hotel, a boutique hotel, is currently seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our team. The location of the position will be split between Larnaca (Head Offices) and Ayia Napa (hotel’s location).

As a Brand Manager you will be reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our hotel’s brand identity and digital presence. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing digital marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain guests across various online platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and implementation of annual Marketing Business Plan and constant alignment with Napa Suites Hotel General Management and operations team.
  • Coordination and execution of 360° marketing campaigns with focus on digital marketing campaigns to promote our hotel's brand and services.
  • Managing all digital channels, including website, social media, and online advertising.
  • Create compelling content and visuals to engage our target audience and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Guiding and supervising all external collaborators and agencies for the above purposes.
  • Initiate and Manage events to promote the brand in collaboration with Napa Suites Event and F&B Managers
  • Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our hotel remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality / hotel industry.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality / hotel sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, google analytics and websites.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Remuneration:

A very attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualification and experience.
