Shipping Documentation Executive

Our Company is inviting applications for a position in the Documentation Department at our offices in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage import documentation.
  • Enter data accurately into computerized systems.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments.
  • Monitor procedures, changes, and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Handle any issues that arise in the shipping process.

Qualifications:

  • Greek and English Language
  • At least 2 years of experience in import/export documentation.
  • Strong understanding of shipping and customs processes.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
