CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and leading company in the stones and tiles fabrication sector, we are seeking to recruit an Interior Designer to join their team in Limassol. As an Interior Designer, you will primarily be responsible for assisting clients with the selection of materials for their residential and/or commercial projects as well as preparing quotations based on architectural drawings. You should be educated to degree level in Interior or Architectural Design, and will need to possess approximately 3+ years of previous experience in a relevant role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are essential, and proficiency with AutoCad is a must. The role requires the successful applicant to work from Monday to Saturday each week, with the afternoon off on both Wednesdays and Saturdays. A competitive salary package is on offer, based on skills and experience. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients in selecting materials for their project including kitchen worktops, floor tiling and stairs.
• Prepare quotations both for residential and commercial clients.
• Design and costing of interiors, floor plans and 3D drawings taking into account architectural details.
• Updates the designs based on changes made by the customer.
• Suggests alternative design solutions in order to improve functionality and/or aesthetics.
• Follows project deadlines and be aligned with project requirements.
• Uses the company’s software for quotations and order processing.
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Degree in Interior/Architectural Design.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc...).
• Minimum 3+ years of prior experience in a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail.
