Candidate Profile
Previous years of administrative support experience will count as bonus
Fluency in Greek and English languages – both verbal and written
Excellent knowledge of computers (MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel)
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and stay professional in a busy environment
Duties & Responsibilities
Handling phone calls and emails
Managing company's social media platforms and websites
Providing customer support and offer prompt assistance
Preparing and drafting offers, contracts, and agreements
