• research and analyses in areas such as venture capital, private equity or space-tech
• creating reports and analyses mostly focused on technology venture capital funds
• interpretation and presentation of the results
• creation of project support documents
• responsibility for complete project administration (budgets for marketing costs, fixed costs, and investments)
• preparation of ad-hoc analyses and reports according to various requirements
• close communication with the international project team

Employee requirements

• university education
• 2 + years of relevant working experience (previous experience in venture capital and investments is required)
• knowledge of financial analyses, working with data and their evaluation
• ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and handle stress
• logical, analytical, conceptual and critical thinking and ability to interpret data
• detail orientation and good analytical skills
• excellent command of written and spoken English
• ability to learn, openness and flexibility for new tasks and challenges
• MS Excel and PowerPoint - advanced skills

Description of the company

G4 is a boutique family office that manages investments of approx. €40 million. Since 2011, we have invested in 70 projects across a variety of asset classes (equity, real estate, venture capital funds, start-ups, debt, and passive investments). We are focused on two areas in particular – technology and real estate. We are a modest co-investor in UIPATH, Central Europe’s most successful tech company, which was valued at $38 billion at its NYSE IPO in April 2021. Since 2021, our primary focus has been on investing in global technology blockchain funds. Our strategy for upcoming years is to broaden our exposure to technologies through investing in venture capital funds primarily in CEE.
