Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans
  • Collaborate with the team and external contacts to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Professionally handle emails, calls, and messages
  • Research and book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, taking care of the entire logistics
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents to ensure smooth travel experiences
  • Draft and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations
  • Maintain organizational systems to ensure timely retrieval of information and efficient workflow
  • Prioritize and manage tasks within the deadlines
  • Track expenses, prepare expense reports, and reconcile credit card statements
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning as needed
  • Provide personal support, including management of personal appointments, shopping, and errands
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to run errands or provide transportation, if required
  • Fluent English
