CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Private Medical Clinic with operations across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Front-Desk Receptionist to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to Management, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in the efficient and smooth operation of the Clinic by providing administrative support and managing the front desk area. This position involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, along with outstanding customer service and administration skills. Fluency in Greek & English is essential, and any knowledge of the Russian language will be considered a plus. This role includes rotational shift patterns, from 08:00 to 16:00 and 12:00 to 20:00. You will also be required to work on a Saturday two times per month, and given an additional day off between Monday and Friday in lieu. Our client offers a competitive basic salary, plus a performance related bonus, as well as discounts on products and services provided by the Clinic. 


Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Management of phone calls and scheduling of appointments.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy, well-organised and efficiently managed at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client needs.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Any knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle busy and fast-paced environments.
  • Able and willing to work on shift-patterns and on Saturday’s twice per month.
