Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • High School Certificate
  • University Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or Business Administration or any other related discipline is considered an advantage
  • At least 2 years of related experience

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identifying the cheapest flights accordingly to vessels schedule
  • Proceeding with all reservations and bookings through Amadeus
  • Issuing all e-tickets
  • Proceeding with invoicing accordingly
  • Proceeding with hotel reservations of crew
  • Handling matters related to lost luggage of crew
  • Handling purchasing invoices
  • Filing all cases accordingly concerning vessels under own responsibility
  • Handling annual leave tickets for superintendents when requested by the Senior Travel Manager.
  • Refund Applications
  • Crew Visas
  • Keeping abreast with developments related to own role
  • Acquiring any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager- Travel

Role Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Planning and organization skills
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of online booking engines / tools, e.g. Amadeus
  • Computer Literacy (including Microsoft Office; Amos software; etc.)
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
