METROFOODSTRADINGLTD wishes to recruit Supervisors in the Cashier and Shelf Stacking and Electronic Store Sections at METRO Supermarket, Mouttagiaka - Limassol

Required Qualifications:

  • Good Knowledge of Greek and English Language and Excellent Communication.
  • Previous work experience in food retailing for at least three years.
    Ability to use computers.
  • Leadership and administrative skills.
  • Ability to create and develop team spirit Management and Human Resource Development.
  • Ability to work under pressure at peak times.
    Ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention and interest in detail, accountability and consistency.
  • Respect for diversity.
  • Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • As an Employee Department Manager, you play a key role in the smooth running of the department you lead.
  • You lead the workforce of the team you manage and foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation among team members.
  • Attends to and resolves customer complaints and forwards complex complaints requiring further investigation and sensitive handling to Hypermarket Management.
  • Issues the weekly work plan for the team and monitors and ensures adherence to it.
  • Participates in the formulation and implementation of the team's annual leave plan, taking into account the operational needs of the department and the welfare of the staff.

  • Attractive remuneration package from €1300 up to €1400 per month depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
