• Participate in training sessions to learn about banking procedures and regulations.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of different banking departments.
• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and tasks.
• Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of banking operations.

Required qualifications & skills:

• High academic performance.
• Relevant internships or work experience in a banking or financial institution will be considered as an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time, workload, and multiple tasks.
• Team player with strong collaborative skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek & English.
