Your role at Exness:
You will be an integral part of the CRM team, collaborating closely with developers, QAs, product owners, and business analysts. As an Intern QA Engineer, your responsibilities will primarily include being actively involved in the QA process within the team and managing QA activities, including writing test cases and contributing to automation tests. You will thrive in a highly collaborative environment, where you'll have the opportunity to learn various testing techniques and approaches. Additionally, you'll gain insights into testing processes and the entire software development lifecycle.
You will:
Support end to end testing process and methods in Salesforce environment including cross system integrations across multiple work streams
Maintain test documentation (bugs, test cases, test reports)
Maintain existing and implement new auto-tests
The Ideal Intern:
Higher education (Bachelor's degree) in progress or completed, preferably Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field
Basic understanding of Software development lifecycle
Interest in Testing and basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Basic programming skills
Fluent written and spoken English
A good level of written and oral communication skills, presentation skills
Ability to effectively manage time and resources
Good organization skills
Good relationship-building skills
Good analytical skills
Quick learner, open and ready for new challenges
Proactive approach, result-oriented and responsible
Attentive to details and meticulous
Having experience in the following areas would be a significant advantage:
Manual testing
Programming or automation testing
Working with systems like Jira/Confluence, Salesforce (or another CRM)
Familiarity with SOQL (or at least SQL)
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and some IDE (e.g., Visual Studio, JetBrains products, etc.)
