Your role at Exness:
We are seeking an Intern HR Project Administrator to join our Global HR Projects Team. The role is to help the coordination of HR projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will:
Participation in the coordination of people-related projects, from formulating the project plan to the project closure, in close collaboration with HR Project Managers and project stakeholders.
Coordination of meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
Coordination in the development and execution of project communication strategy including timely communication updates to the stakeholders and wider audience.
Reporting on the projects’ progress with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to the project board.
Participation in other HR and people-related activities within a broader team.
The Ideal Intern:
Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed, in Human Resources, Business Administration/ Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR theory, i.e. hiring, culture, performance management, development, etc.
Basic knowledge of project management methodology.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong written/verbal communication skills, presentation skills
Strong organization skills, with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Good relationship-building skills
Good analytical skills/data analysis skills
Attentive to detail
Result-oriented, seeking ownership
Quick learner, open and adaptable to new challenges
