Your role at Exness:

We are seeking an Intern IT Project Manager to join our IT projects and operations to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, and tasks, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the project team and with stakeholders.

You will:

• Aid in the management of IT projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure, under the guidance of a more experienced IT Project Manager.

• Support the improvement of project communication strategies, including stakeholder updates and maintenance of communication channels.

• Assist in project performance tracking, providing regular reports on milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budget to the project team.

• Engage with cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and project success.

• Participate in the collection and documentation of project scope, and objectives.

• Assist in the project scheduling process, including the creation and management of project timelines and roadmaps.

• Take part in project meetings, training sessions as required.

The Ideal Intern:

• Higher education (Bachelor degree) in progress or completed, preferably in Business Administration, or related field; Information Technology will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with IT concepts, including software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

• Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.

• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project scopes.

• Enthusiasm for technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business value.
