CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leader in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Monetization to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for optimizing customers’ onboarding processes and lifecycle journeys, ensuring a smooth customer experience, whilst at the same time ensuring regulatory requirements are being met. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry both from a commercial and regulatory perspective, as well as strong experience with project development and project management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Relocation support to Cyprus for relevant applicants is available.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure and develop the best customer journeys related to registrations, KYC and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Optimizing UX in each step of the platform and Omnichannel journeys.
  • Product and user journey focus; working with Product, Compliance and CRM teams to develop and perfect user journeys.
  • Making sure the best tools and technical solutions are offered and being the owner of leading the development projects alongside the R&D team related to this.
  • Sharing market-level industry developments, providing competitor analysis, giving insights into what others are doing in the market to keep the marketing, compliance and product teams in the know.
  • Work with business analytics and CRM teams to monitor and analyze revenue-related metrics, user behaviour, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of monetization professionals.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to develop their skills and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the iGaming industry is essential.
  • Experience working with the European and North American regulated markets is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in industry best practices related to Compliance, Product and CRM.
  • Familiar with project development and project management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UI & UX and technical aspects of project development.
  • Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
  • Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
