Large scale commercial development. Suitable candidates shall start immediately and it is a full time position.

Requirements:

University degree in civil engineering is compulsory;

• A proven track record and deep familiarity with the Cyprus Market, Cypriot law, and building regulations;
• Fluent Greek and English;

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating all parties involved at the construction and post-construction phase: architects, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors, including nominated subcontractors, inspections and authorities.
2. Emphasis on reporting and planning procedures with strict adherence to agreed program of works and on the contract's requirements, project timeframe, budget and progress of works.
3. Reporting, analysis of resources and costs.
4. Main point of contact for the project team and the stakeholders, contractors/subcontractors and authorities on site.
5. Risk Management (legal, environmental, or financial risks associated with the project).
6. Claims initiation and collaboration with the appointed QS and Architects.
7. Implementing and supervising the Civil/Site works and procedures for the construction of the project. Daily presence on site.
8. Implementing the procurement procedures for the purchasing of the materials and services required for the project.
9. Regulatory Compliance and Permitting (ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place, coordinate inspections, including final inspections, certifications, and approvals).
10. Claims analysis and resolution. Counter-claims preparation.
